Has anyone had any luck using biotinylated DNA probes to detect target DNA blotted onto membrane? We had a probe made with biotin at both the 3' and 5' ends and HPLC purified but we cannot get detection with strep-avidin. Please e-mail me with any suggestions and I will post anything that works.
