We are considering the purchase of BioRad's Model 491 Prep Cell for
purifying 6X His-tagged protien after Ni-NTA chromatography. Any opinions
for/against using this unit, or any other recommendations for getting
mg quantities of `PAGE gel-purified' recombinant proteins?
