I used to rinse the cuvette with sterile ddH2O three times followed by
filling in with ethanol for until next use. Right before I use the
cuvette, I then rinse with sterile ddH2O for a couple of times. It
worked just fine for Lactobacillus electroporation.

Can anyone tell me a good way of cleaning electroporation cuvettes for
re-use? Must get rid of all salt and also any residual DNA.
