SYBR Green I Filter

I would like to add that Sybr Green I is particularly suited to
use with the Molecular Dynamics FluorImager 575 and the filter
sets which come with it.  Picogram quantities of ds DNA can
be easily detected in agarose gels--about 2 orders of magnitude
better than ethidium bromide.
