Has anyone used the Dynabead mRNA Direct Kit to purify mRNA from mouse tissues (e.g. lymph node, thymus, spleen)? What are your opinions? Is it a worthwhile alternative to standard methods for rna purification? Any noteworthy advantages or drawbacks? Thanks -- db or Michelle
