Does anybody know if there is a list somewhere of the sizes of the major rRNAs ? I am looking for a comparison of the size of the sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus purpuratus) rRNAs with those of other organisms. I would also like to use them as a marker on Northern blots to estimate transcript size. Any help appreciated MUngo
