Oxygene - Dallas???

Does anyone know what happened to Oxygene of Dallas, Texas?  I called 
them this morning and another completely unrelated company answered the 
phone.  I then called directory assistance for Dallas and they had no 
record of them.  I am hoping that another company bought them out and 
that their product line is still available.  They used to produce 
cytochrome P450 related products.
