[Q] cycle sequencing kits?

   I'm in need of advice regarding kits for cycle sequencing using 35S and 
plasmids with large (14 kb) inserts.  It seems to me that this much DNA is 
pushing the envelope of PCR to the limits.  Does anyone have any experience 
with sequencing inserts of such large size?  Although I routinely read
