"FSCP"

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me what "FSCP" is, and,
hopefully, provide a reference to the technique.  An anonymous reviewer of
a recent proposal suggested that I use this technique to find variant
(i.e., noncanonical) satellite DNA monomers.  Any information would be
helpful at this point.
