Pwo PCR: info wanted

Dear Fellows:
After succeding to amplify with Taq DNA Pol, I am trying to amplify a 1.3 
Kb band with Pwo DNA Pol, (Boehringer). I observed that, after ompimizing 
the Mg2SO4 concentration, instead of get the expected 1.3 Kb band, I got 
a 11-1.1 Kb band, and that the reaction is more temperature sensitive. Is 
thethere any one else that can share her/his experience with Pwo 
amplification?. Please reply to the e-mail, our internet connection is
