Greetings: Has anyone "out there" used the the TaKaRa "PCR in vitro Single-Site Amplification and Cloning Kit"? I am interested in knowing how it compares to published protocols... is it easier or more successful? All comments and opinions are welcome. -thanks in advance, -Dave
