Chemical cleavage of mismatches (CCM)

I am looking for a protocol for the chemical cleavage of mismatch method 
for mutation analysis.  If you have a step-by-step protocol for this 
method, I would be grateful if you would e-mail me a copy.  I am also 
interested in information on the method; is it sensitive, is it worth the 
hassel, is there a kit, has anyone used the mismatch repair enzyme,  etc....
