Does anyone have any suggestion for different media that will affect the induction of various enzymes in bacteria? I have a student who has expressed an interest in growing E. coli in different media and examining any changes in protein profiles using SDS-PAGE. Thanks for any ideas. George Edick RPI - Dept.
