Best strategy from peptide sequences to cDNA clone?

for species that are quite different in evolution from mice man etc, it 
may be useful to get a few genes and their translated aa seq for your 
organism e.g. c elegans, and check out the codon bias for that partic 
organism and then design your primers or whatever from that.
it can make a HUGE difference to library screenings
