Does anyony know or have experience with any vectors that possess colorimetric reporter genes, a weak promotor and cloning restriction sites for screening of anonymous human DNA fragments for enhancer activity? I've been looking at pAD beta and a cat reporter but see few other options and very few published applications. Thanx in advance Calvin Vary
