dye in PCR

hi,

excuse me but i remember that few days before somebody
talk about dye during PCR...

Can somebody tell me the different conditions ?

bromophenol blue? Xylene cyanol blue ? red cresol ?
with sucrose or ficoll or something other ?

i tested 1.5ul of 0.25% xylene cyanol 15% ficoll in 30ul
final PCR well and it works good but i want to try 
something other...
