Hello, I have been looking for a posting on deactivation of formaldehyde using glycine and have not had much success. I just want to know if it works and if so how much glycine to add to a volume x of formaldehyde. I have some low percentage formaldehyde solns. leftover from RNA gels and am looking for a way to dispose of it safely.
