Luciferase reporter gene/beta actin promoter

I am looking for a luciferase reporter gene construct which contains a beta
actin promoter upstream of the luciferase gene.  I know this exists with the
CAT reporter gene, however luciferase is much easier to work with.  If you
know if this exists or know where I could locate this construct please let me
