We're having problems in the lab digesting with NruI, presumably due to methylation of the site by E. coli (JM 109). There are three other isoschizomeres of this enzyme with different methylation sensitivity, however none of the major companies carries any of them. Does anyone know where to obtain SpoI,Sbo13I or Bsp68? Hans
