I have received some interesting messages about autoclaving solutions and I
have been advised by some people to UV my solutions before use. As the
general term: " UV solutions", is not that informative, could anyone advise
me on general procedures for the UV irradiation of PCR buffers etc. Can you
simply irradiate  through the eppendorf tubes or do you have to leave them
open??????
