Macherey-Nagel Nucleobond for Seq.?

Dear All,

I am using the Macherey-Nagel Nucleobond AX cartridges for the purification of a
plasmid prior to automated cycle sequencing. This is a personal preference over 
mini-CsCl preps (time and safety - no results as yet), has anyone succesfully 
used Nucleobond purification prior to sequencing? Are there any changes they 
felt necessary i.e. extra extractions because of contaminating genomic DNA etc?
