Hi - Has anyone tried to incorporated biotinylated dNTPs w/T4 polymerase or Klenow? I'm trying to chew off 10 bases and create a specific overhang before adding the biotinylated dNTP. Any protocols would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robert Schoenfeld Univ. Utah schoenfeld at msscc.med.utah.edu
