XL-PCR ?

Im using the XL PCR kit from Perkin Elmer and cannot get the included
positive control to work. I use exactly the same protocol described in the
kit, but on a PTC 100 machine from MJ Research INC.

Has anyone used this kit, and are you getting the control to work ?
