We also re-use the BioRad cuvettes about 3-4 times. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the cuvette before using...if there are any cracks in the glass, discard the cuvette. I always have an extra cuvette or two on ice in case the "popping" occurs. David McGee mcgeed at hal.hahnemann.edu
