urea/SDS, guanidine/SDS PAGE

Urea/SDS Gels are used in the Schagger-Von Jagow procedure to improve resolution
of smaller proteins.  Gdn-HCl is a charged compound and large quantities in the 
gel are not recommended.  Even the amounts in the loading sample can cause major
distortions.  It can be done.  You will have to titrate out your system to find 
out how much your system can handle.
