Plasmid preps for ABI 373A

I've had no problems with either Quiagen minipreps (QUIAprep,
spin version) or with home made Merlin Minipreps (posted here
about 1/2 a year ago as a substitute for Magic Minipreps). In
both cases I've got consistent readings of more than 300 bps
(~ 1% error rate) while running cycled protocol and fluorescent
terminators.
