Hello, guys! I am using the New England Biolab pMal p2 vector to express a fusion protein. The protein was expressed, however, it was trapped in the cell pellet after sonication and centrifugation. In other word, it might be trapped by the membrane fragments. Would anyone who knows the solution gives me some help please?
