inducible vectors

We need some advice on inducible mammalian expression vectors.  What
is the best system.  Metallothionein promotor, an IPTG inducible system
or this new tetracycline system which uses two plasmids.  How does
the leakiness compare and the level of expression following induction.
Are these vectors successful in both the sense and the antisense
modes?
