Linear Plasmid From Borrelia

Dear Netters

Is there anybody Working with Linear Plasmids.
Have you found telomers ( Hair pin loops)
Do you have any idea about linear Plasmid with 25 Kb size but after Digestion
with enzymes totall fragments became twice the size of Original linear plasmid.
I have some explanation but did you had this result in linear plasmids?
I will apreciate any comments.
