Liver RNA Prep Needed

I use the good old Guanidine thiocyanate /CsCl prep, largely as described
in Maniatis. The pelleting of RNA through CsCl seems to remove DNA very
efficiently. I don't believe anything would work better (I have tried many
procedures). If you purify mRNA with oligo-dT magnetic beads (Dynal), very
little DNA should be carried through.
