Also of interest to anyone doing this type of cloning would be Gengxi Hu's
article in DNA and Cell Biology 12(8) 1993, which specifies which bases are
preferentially added when the 3' base is any of the 4 nucleotides, and this
data is provided for 8 commonly used nucleotides.
