Reusing Ethidium Bromide

Our lab routinely reuses ethidium bromide for staining mini gels.  We
store the EtBr-containing buffer in a clear bottle at RT and are able to
reuse the buffer an average of 10-20 times before the EtBr becomes
depleted.
