when i first joined this lab as an undergrad 3 years ago, the lab was
already using Invitrogen's TA cloning kit. so i stuck with that and have
had very little to complain about...except perhaps about the price.
Stratagene now makes a kit and i'm thinking about trying it. FWIW it's
about the same price as the TA kit.
