antisense oligo questions

The experiments will be done in tissue culture on a small scale  with
each plate needing about 1-2 mls of media with about 20 plates total.
What I would like to know is:
1) How much oligo I need to order.
2) Companies which supply them (recommondations/bad experiences)
3) Any helpful advice from people who have done it.
