ultracentrifugation and proteins

Dear Readers,

	I would appreciate if you would send me protocols for separation of 
proteins based on molecular weight by ultracentrifugation.  It is a old 
technique and none of the modern day manuals seem to have a protocol.  The
older papers have used rotors and ultracentrifuges that seem to be obsolete
for quite a while now.
