I wouldn't worry for Taq. Perkin-Elmer sells Amplitaq AS (ambient
shipped) and in the catalog they show that 30 days storage at
37 degrees doesn't affect its efficiency to amplify (at least in
their conditions). I would give it a try and you might save some
money. I also agree with previous comments in that dNTPs are more
likely to have suffered after the RT incubation, but you might try
them as well, just in case. They are pretty expensive too!!.
