Hi QiWang!

I used tke hemagglutinin epitop tag in triplicate for IEM and it worked
out fine. Where to put your tag is highly dependent on the protein you
would like to tag. Also you have to make sure that the tagged protein
really reflects wildtype situation (function, localization) There are a
lot of examples in the literature, where these controls have not been
done, and therefore leedeed to wrong results. Even,this technique is
really straight foreward, be careful and think about the controls!
