Direct sequence of genomic DNA

        Amersham Life Science has a single tube PCR-Sequncing kit that
involves amplifying the desired fragment to be sequenced then adding ExonucleaseI and Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase to remove excess primers, single stranded
DNA and dNTPs.  This supposedly leaves the fragment ready to be sequenced in
less than 60 minutes.
