keratinocyte medium in Japan

Dear Netters in Japan
    As you know,the medium for primary keratinocyte( KGM(Clonetech), 
Keratinocyte-SFM (Gibco-BRL)) is 5 to 6 times expensive in Japan. If you 
know another cheap and good medium which can purchase in Japan,please,
inform me the detail. My senior working in Japan is looking for it.
Any information is welcome.
