I want to ppt out an IgM from tissue culture media. Will (NH4)2SO4 work? The description in Harlow or the Red Book seems sketchy. I tried to make saturated (NH4)2SO4 - 76.1 g/100 ml. But there was a layer of crystals. Do you use the upper layer? Thanks for any tips. Seth Corey Univ of Pittsburgh
