Staurosporin which increases cyclic AMP dependent protein kinase c activity in SMC should result in increased migration (collagen membrane- Boydon chamber)However i have tried 4 orders of magnitude decrease in conc (50pM) below literature values and i,m still inhibiting at ~ 95%. What's up? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
