Automatic Sequencers - NEED FEEDBACK

Hoping to be in the market for an automatic sequencer soon.
I have info on the LICOR and Molecular Dynamics products.
I can't get through to Perkin Elmer re ABI (no one ever answers!).

I would appreciate any feedback on the performance of any of the 
above or other products.
cost effectiveness
ease of use
runtime
maintenance
repeatability
detection method and flexibility
sundry bells and whistles
