I found a reference for a vector that can be used to fuse GST to either the amino or carboxy terminus of a protein. I recall someone asked for such a vector recently but couldn't find the message posted anymore. Try looking up Gene 138(1-2):105-8 1994 Jan.28. Good Luck.
