Apoptosis-TUNEL Staining

Dear Netters:
	I'm getting ready to embark on TUNEL staining of
	parafin-blocked intestine by the protocol of Gavrieli et
	al. for apotosis analysis.  My question is this:  what
	dose and/or concentration of biotinalated dUTP should I
	use???
