eukaryotic gst-vectors

Hello,

	I would like to transfect a GST-fusion protein into eukaryotic
cell lines, then pull down the fusion protein and any associated
proteins from the cell lysate using glutathione beads. Does anyone
know of GST vectors designed for eukaryotic expression? Any tips on
increasing the sensitivity of this technique (to maximize expression
of the GST-fusion and maximize detection of any bound proteins within
the cell?)
