Wanted: Lambda PL-expression vector with TcR or CmR only

Hi everybody!

I am looking for a plasmid vector matching the following features:

- ColE1 origin
- Lambda PL expression-cassette; at least lambda PL promoter with a downstream cloning site 
- only tetracyline or chloramphenicol resistance 
- transcription terminators on both sides of the lambda PL would be nice
