Hi Stephan, You should be able to do a bunch of things. If you can end label the RNA at the 5' or 3' end you could digest (partial) with a number of rnases esp U2 and T1 (A, G specific resp.) T2 rnase is a good sequence neutral, single-strand specific rnase. Cal Vary
