Need Help with Methylation Interference

Does anyone know if it is possible to preferentially methylate A residues when 
determining the contact points for a DNA-binding protein?  I have determined 
the G contact points but, from the data, will probably need to analyze the A 
residues in the immediate vicinity.  There are no more G residues in this 
general area.  Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
