Our GST fusion protein (approx. 100 kDa) does not bind to Pharmacia Glutathione Sepa Sepharose under standard conditions. Has anybody experienced a similar problem, or does anybody know a solution to this problem? Any help is appreciated. G.Drewes MPG Struct. Biol., Hamburg, Germany
