Does any one know of a reporter vector (luciferase, CAT, and/or B-gal) that contains the pBR322 (pMB1) replicon? All of the vectors commercially available have the pUC ori - ordinarily a good thing - but in the case of toxic inserts it is too much of a good thing. Thanks Rich Vernell (rjv at uhura.neoucom.edu)
